At the centre of the table is a magnificent 30oz Canadian Prime Rib Eye, expertly prepared to showcase its rich marbling, bold flavour, and exceptional tenderness. Complementing the steak are two poached lobster tails, delicately cooked to preserve their sweet, buttery texture and natural elegance.

The feast is accompanied by a silky Béarnaise sauce, bringing notes of tarragon and richness to every bite, alongside a deeply savoury red wine jus that enhances the robust character of the prime rib. Served with a generous portion of our perfectly crisp fries, this indulgent spread balances refinement with comfort.
