With over 30 years of experience, Chef Olivier Le Calvez, launched his culinary career in France, under the guidance of world-class chefs, such as Paul Bocuse, Jean Bardet, Roel Robuchon and Olivier Lombard. Since then, Le Calvez has procured international experiences, across major cities, such as Paris, New York, Mexico and Peru, shaping his talents in the culinary arts. His passion for the culinary industry has led to his continued success, achieving award-winning recognition with restaurants, El Catrin Destileria and Casa Madera, sitting them in the #118 and the #1 position on Tripadvisor, over 5,000 restaurants, respectively.
