This July, Abrielle invites guests to join us for a special evening celebrating Executive Chef Andrés Jaramillo and the final tasting menu of his chapter with our restaurant.

After helping shape Abrielle’s menu direction, Andrés will be taking time to return home, reconnect with family, and find new inspiration before pursuing his next venture. Before that next chapter begins, we wanted to bring everyone together the best way we know how: around the table.

An Eight-Course Dining Experience in Downtown Toronto

For three nights only, Andrés and the Abrielle culinary team will present an eight-course tasting menu inspired by the flavours, memories, and experiences that have defined his time in our kitchen.

The evening will showcase the creativity and thoughtful approach that Andrés has brought to Abrielle, combining Mediterranean dining, seasonal ingredients, and the personal storytelling that has guided his cooking.

Guests can expect an intimate evening featuring:

  • An eight-course chef’s tasting menu

  • Live music throughout the evening

  • A curated dining experience in Abrielle’s intimate Mediterranean dining room

  • A celebration of Chef Andrés and his next chapter

A Look Back at the Tasting Menu Series

When Abrielle launched its tasting menu series in February 2024, the idea was simple: create a space for curiosity, creativity, and storytelling beyond the everyday menu.

What started as a monthly experience quickly became one of our favourite ways to connect with guests. Each menu gave Andrés and the culinary team an opportunity to explore new ingredients, techniques, and ideas while bringing a different side of Abrielle to the table.

Since the first dinner, the team has created well over 100 unique dishes through the series. Some were inspired by seasons, some by memories, and others simply by the excitement of trying something new.

More than a collection of dishes, the tasting menus became a reflection of the people behind them: the chefs creating them, the team bringing them to life, and the guests who joined us month after month.

This final menu is a celebration of that journey and one last opportunity to experience this chapter of Abrielle’s story with Chef Andrés.
