Discover chef Andrés’ 7-course blind tasting menu at Abrielle. An incredible journey through the Mediterranean on the first Monday of every month. Andrés’ menu features seasonal ingredients from land and sea, paired with optional wine selections thoughtfully selected and guided through for the evening.
Every menu is different and to date Andrés has produced over 100 unique dishes since beginning this program back in February 2024.
