Blind Tasting Menus

Discover Chef Andrés’ 7-course blind tasting menu! Every month on the first Monday, Abrielle offers an incredible journey through the Mediterranean. Andrés’ menu features seasonal ingredients from land and sea, paired with optional wine selections thoughtfully selected and guided through for the evening.

Every menu is different, and to date, Andrés has produced over 100 unique dishes since beginning this program back in February 2024.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving in the city looks a little different. Sometimes it’s friends around the table, sometimes it’s family, and sometimes it’s simply about not cooking an entire feast yourself. Either way, we thought we’d set the table for you.

This year we’ve created a $75 four course prix fixe menu that honours the classics while carrying Abrielle’s touch. Foie gras with cranberry and apple, delicata squash velouté with brown butter and sage, herb-roasted Ontario turkey with seasonal sides, and a playful “build your own” pumpkin pie to finish.

It’s a menu designed for sharing, meant to feel both familiar and a little unexpected. However you’re spending the weekend, our table is yours this Thanksgiving.

Available for dinner service from Oct 10-14, 2025.
