A Look Back

Abrielle launched its tasting menu series in February 2024 as a way to explore creativity beyond the regular menu.

Since then, Andrés and the culinary team have curated well over 100 unique dishes, making these evenings some of our most memorable nights in the dining room. Each menu became a chance to try something new, tell a different story, and share a more personal side of Abrielle with our guests.

This final series is a celebration of that journey and one last opportunity to experience this chapter with Chef Andrés.
